Before I walked into RonTom I had checked out a couple of other stores in the area looking for a tux. There was one store in particular that I have been a patron of for years, in which I even had selected a tux that was working for me, a good fit, etc. But then...by chance, I crossed the street and walked into Ron Tomson. I was greeted warmly, no pressure, the person greeting me asked what I was looking for, and for what occasion, looked at me...told me about Shawl Lapel Wool Tux, guessed my size; I tried it on (with shoes and a bow tie) and was Amazed. The tux not only fit great, it felt gooood! I felt like a billion bucks... But...I left, didn't purchase, and they were cool with it. I came back the following weekend, tried the tux at my old spot one more time, wanted to be loyal, then went and tried RT's tux on again (making sure I wasn't glamored the first time) This time, new salesperson, same excellent reception...I was amazed again at how beautifully the tux fit and how great I felt in it. I made the purchase, got a great price on a tux that will last. "You can pass it down to your son," the lady told me (lol). And now I can't wait to wear it to my event in January...and beyond. (...and I think I found my new favorite place)
