How can I start a return? +
Easy — head to our Loop returns portal at rontomson.loopreturns.com. You'll get a prepaid label and step-by-step instructions. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
How do I track my order? +
Log in to your account to see your order status and tracking number. If you checked out as a guest or need help, email us at help@rontomson.com with your order number and we'll send you an update.
What are your shipping details? +
Free worldwide shipping on orders $200 and up. We ship within 1-2 business days from our Los Angeles warehouse.

Our clothes are cut in a tailored European slim fit. We offer full size ranges (US 36-54 for suits, XS-3XL for casual wear, US 7.5-14 for shoes). Check our complete size guide with measurement instructions and a how-to video. Still unsure? Email us with your measurements and we'll help you pick.

How do I care for my Ron Tomson pieces? +
Leather: Spot clean only with a damp cloth. Avoid water and harsh chemicals. Store on a padded hanger away from direct sunlight.
Wool suits & tuxedos: Dry clean only. Hang in a breathable garment bag between wears.
Cotton shirts: Machine wash cold, hang dry or tumble low. Iron on medium heat.
