How It Works

Head to our returns portal, enter your order number, and pick the items you're sending back.

Ship it back
Print your prepaid label (or use your own) and drop it off. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and tagged.
Step 03
Get your refund
Once we inspect and approve, your refund hits your original payment method in 5–10 business days.

Postage Costs
Exchanges within the US: free — we cover shipping both ways.
Refunds: return shipping is your responsibility. If you use our prepaid label, the cost is deducted from your refund based on the item.
Item Condition
All returns must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all tags attached. We inspect every item on arrival. Returns that don't meet these requirements may be declined.
Sale Item Rules
Over 80% off: final sale — not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
60%–80% off: exchange or store credit only (subject to availability).
Under 60% off: standard policy applies.
Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping fees are non-refundable. If your order shipped expedited, you'll be refunded the product cost but not the shipping upgrade.
Free Replacements
We replace items that don't fit, arrive damaged, or are defective, free of charge. Lost packages may also be replaced at our discretion. Replacements are non-refundable.
Wholesale Orders
Wholesale, commercial, studio, filming, and editorial orders are exchange or store credit only. Email help@rontomson.com for details.
A note on thoughtful ordering. We're a small business. We reserve the right to decline returns that don't meet our policy, and we may restrict future orders for customers with an excessive or unreasonable return pattern. Please order with care — it helps us keep running.
