I purchased this jacket in a larger size at the end of last year. Tried it on figured I would get it altered hung it back up in the closet fast forward to the beginning of this year after losing 25 pounds try a bunch of clothes on, and this jacket didn’t fit.

I reached out to customer service with a longshot asking them if it was possible to exchange it for a smaller size. They were very accommodating, after a few photos per their request of tags still attached and overall jacket appearance they agreed to an exchange as long as I paid the return shipping since I was well out of the return/exchange window I sent it back. They swapped it out for a smaller size and I couldn’t be more pleased with the fit or the service I received.
