Return & Exchange Policy

At Ron Tomson, we believe in providing exceptional customer service from start to finish, including our hassle-free return policy.

You have 30 days after your order was delivered to exchange your eligible online purchase for free.

You have 30 days after your order was delivered to return for a full refund of the item's cost ( minus a $10 prepaid return label fee if a prepaid return label was used )

Final sale items can only be exchanged or returned for a store credit and are not eligible for a refund. Any items discounted by more than 60% of the original price are considered final sale.

Expedited shipping costs are non-refundable if you selected expedited shipping during checkout. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in the same condition you received them in, including the original packaging.

Refunds will be processed once your return arrives at our warehouse and is inspected for return eligibility. You will receive an email notification stating whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, typically within 2-5 business days.

If you haven't received a refund, please review your bank statement within the last 2-5 business days, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you continue to experience issues, please contact your bank. Refund processing time can take up to 5 business days before a refund is posted. If you still haven't received your refund after following these steps, please contact us at help@rontomson.com.

We replace items for free if they don't fit, if you don't like them, or if they were delivered damaged or defective. To exchange an item, and generally for a faster processing of your credit or exchange, please use our prepaid return label option in our returns portal here: 🛎️.
