RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Ron Tomson, we prioritize delivering exceptional customer service from start to finish, which includes our hassle-free return policy:


30 DAYS TO RETURN

You have 30 days from the fulfillment date to exchange eligible online purchases for free! For returns, you'll also have 30 days to send back your items for a full refund. If you choose to use our prepaid return label, a $15 fee will be deducted from your refund. Just make sure items are in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all tags attached

POSTAGE COSTS

We're happy to offer free delivery for exchanges within the US! If you're returning an item for a refund, you’ll be responsible for the return shipping cost. For added convenience, you can use our prepaid return label for just $15, which will be deducted from your refund.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

Final sale items can not be exchanged or returned for store credit and are not eligible for refunds. Any items discounted by more than 80% of the original price fall under the final sale category.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

Expedited shipping costs are non-refundable for orders that opted for expedited shipping during checkout. To qualify for a return, items must be unused and in their original condition, including the packaging.

REFUNDS

Refunds will be initiated once your return reaches our warehouse and undergoes inspection for return eligibility. You will receive an email notification confirming whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, the credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, typically within 5-10 business days.

If you haven't received your refund, please review your bank statement within the last 2-5 business days, as there may be a delay before the refund is officially posted. If issues persist, please contact your bank. Refund processing can take up to 5 business days before appearing in your account. If you still haven't received your refund after following these steps, please reach out to us at help@rontomson.com.

FREE REPLACEMENTS

We offer free replacements for items that do not fit, if you are unsatisfied with your order or if they arrive damaged or defective. Lost packages may be replaced at our discretion. Free replacements are non refundable. For quicker processing of your credit or exchange, we recommend using our prepaid return label option in our returns portal available here: 🛎️.
