Giacca con cappuccio e doppia zip - Nero

Hi Rob! Thank you so much for being such a loyal customer — 89 orders means the world to us, and that's exactly why your experience here genuinely bothers us.

You're absolutely right that sizing inconsistency is unacceptable, and we're sorry the large didn't resolve the issue after you already went through the trouble of a return. That's a frustrating experience we never want any customer to have, let alone one of our best.

One quick note: we don't charge return fees — the $20 you paid was was a price difference when you exhanged your item for a sligtly more expensive different item . That said, we completely understand it felt like an added cost on top of an already disappointing experience, so we've gone ahead and issued you a full refund for the difference. No questions asked.

We'd love the chance to make this right and get you a jacket that actually fits. Please reach out to us directly and we'll take care of you — you deserve nothing less. 🙏
