If shipping on your own and not using our prepaid labels, all Returns/Exchanges should be shipped to the following address:

- Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- You can exchange your eligible online purchase within 30 days for free.
- You can return your eligible online purchase within 30 days for a full refund of the cost of your item minus a $10 prepaid return label fee.
- Items on sale are not eligible for refund and can only be exchanged or returned for a store credit.
- Items discounted more then 60% of the original price are considered final sale are not eligible for returns.
- If you were sent a promotional item with your order, you do need to return the item with your order.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on location, delivery time of exchanges may vary.
We advise using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If 30(for online) and 14(for in-store) days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any online item that is returned more than 30 days after deliveryRefunds (if applicable)
Once your return arrives at our warehouse, the item(s) will be inspected for return eligibility. You will receive an email notification detailing the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment (usually within 2-5 business days).
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received a refund yet, please review your bank statement within the last 2-5 business days, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If you are still having trouble, please contact your bank. Refund processing time can take up to 5 business days before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange, please send us an email at help@rontomson.com and ship your item to: 840 S Los Angeles St. Los Angeles California US 90014.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift credit will be emailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the buyer had the order shipped to themselves to gift to you personally, they will be notified directly and will receive a credit.
