  • You can return your eligible online purchase within 30 days for a full refund of the cost of your item minus the shipping fee.
  • You can return your eligible in store purchase within 15 days for a full refund.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on location, delivery time of exchanges may vary.

We advise using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If 30(for online) and 14(for in-store) days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any online item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return arrives at our warehouse, the item(s) will be inspected for return eligibility. You will receive an email notification detailing the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment (usually within 2-5 business days).
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received a refund yet, please review your bank statement within the last 2-5 business days, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If you are still having trouble, please contact your bank. Refund processing time can take up to 5 business days before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift credit will be emailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the buyer had the order shipped to themselves to gift to you personally, they will be notified directly and will receive a credit.

Shipment processing time

We ship from our flagship store in Los Angeles California.  All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We use USPS, FedEx and UPS and shipping carriers.

* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur based on weather conditions.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Ron Tomson (RNT23)  ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Ron Tomson (RNT23) is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


You are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping, in this unlikely event please call us and we will do our best to help locate the shipment or replace. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
