High Quality, High Fashion, High Compliments

Every time I wear the N 9985 Black Sweater from Ron Tomson I received such high, praise and compliments. The fit is fantastic (I am 5’ 11” and about 165 lbs and wear the Small/Medium) as it is sleek and complementary, but not too tight. I ordered a size 2 large in a different item and had to return it, and their customer service, and ease of exchange/return was effortless. Bottom line is, I’ll be buying more and more from this fashion forward affordable and fabulous company!

Great Sweaters

I ordered two sweaters from the site. I specified them to be XXL, instead I was sent SMALLS. Returned one and requested the other to be resent in the correct size. The response was that, they did not have XXL size for the sweater I ordered, and that they have not had it for a while, so the "system" send me the wrong size. That was not a problem as they promised they would return the sweater to my account. I still have not receive the return. I was disappointed and surprised that they would send the wrong size if the size I did not ordered was unavailable. I have never heard of such a thing. I am now waiting for the return to take place.

It appears to be a miscommunication here, what our representative was trying to explain is that you ordered small sizes probably not noticing that our website wasn't allowing you to select XXL. When a size is not available, our website will not allow you to select that size. We did not send you a wrong size in fact both of your orders are for small sizes, and you can confirm that fact on your order confirmation email. Having all that said our representative have reached out to you and issued a full refund on your order. We hope this explains better and we thank you for your order, and hope to see you again soon.
